NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Tyrone Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 8, 2026, beginning at 7:00 pm at the Tyrone Township Hall located at 8420 Runyan Lake Road, Fenton, Michigan. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider the following variance applications:
APPEAL NO. 1: A request by Bradley Jacob for an 85-foot front yard setback variance to build an addition onto their existing nonconforming dwelling located at 7266 Hartland Road, Fenton, MI 48430. Parcel ID 4704-27-100-034. The parcel is zoned FR-Farming Residential. Reference Tyrone Township Ordinance No. 36-Section 20.01 Schedule of Regulations and Section 26.04.A.3.a-e Nonconforming Structures.
APPEAL NO. 2: A request by Doug & Valerie Bartrum for a 100-foot front yard setback to build a new dwelling located on Parshall Road. Parcel ID: 4704-34-300-014. The parcel is zoned FR-Farming Residential. Reference Tyrone Township Ordinance No. 36-Section 20.01 Schedule of Regulations.
APPEAL NO. 3: A request by Thomas and Teresa Stuenkel for a 5-foot side yard setback variance to build a detached accessory structure located at 12137 Macintosh Drive, Fenton, MI 48430. Parcel ID: 4704-02-102-015. The parcel is zoned Re-Rural Estate. Reference Tyrone Township Ordinance No. 36-Section 20.01 Schedule of Regulations.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Tyrone Township Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Tyrone Township Hall, 8420 Runyan Lake Rd, Fenton, Michigan 48430.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive comments regarding a request to rezone property located on Old US-23, north of Center Road, from Farming Residential (FR) to Light Manufacturing (M-1). The parcel identification number is 4704-17-400-007.
Supporting documents may be reviewed at the Tyrone Township Hall, Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or by calling (810) 629-8631. Comments regarding the application may be made at the time of the hearing or submitted in writing to the Planning Commission prior to the date of the meeting.
