NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given the Tyrone Township Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 8 2024, beginning at 7:00 pm at the Tyrone Township Hall, 8420 Runyan Lake Road, Fenton, Michigan 48430. The purpose of the Public Hearing is:

To receive public comments regarding a Zoning Map amendment to include a proposed overlay zoning district for utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage facilities. The properties included in the proposed overlay zoning district are: 10282 White Lake Rd./4704-04-300-006, 4704-04-400-013, 11061 N Old US-23/4704-04-400-012,11009 N Old US-23/4704-09-100-007, 4704-09-100-003, 10513 N Old US-23/4704-09-100-008, 4704-17-400-007, 9475 Center Rd./4704-17-400-005, and 9485 Center Rd./4704-17-400-006.  Reference Tyrone Township Zoning Ordinance #36, Article 3 – Zoning Map.

TYRONE TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given the Tyrone Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 14, 2024, beginning at 7:00 pm at the Tyrone Township Hall located at 8420 Runyan Lake Road, Fenton, Michigan.  The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider the following variance application.

APPEAL NO. 1: A request by Ryan Rowe & Kelsey Pieper for a 4-foot side yard setback variance to extend an existing deck along a non-conforming side yard at 10092 Walnut Shores Dr., Fenton MI 48430.  Parcel ID: 4704-09-401-045.  The property is zoned LK-1, Lakefront Residential. Reference Tyrone Township Ordinance No. 36 Section 20.01, Schedule of Regulations and Section 26.04.A.3 a-e., Non-conforming Structures.
