Tyrone Township does not provide a township-wide garbage service or yard waste pickup. Residents will need to contract their own waste company, although some homeowners associations may contract with a company on behalf of a subdivision. If you move into an area with a homeowners association, please check with the association.
Five subdivisions have special assessments in place to pay for garbage pickup. Information for those subdivisions are listed on the right.
Garbage companies that service our area are listed below. Remember to ask if yard waste pickup and/or recycling services are provided. Please call the garbage company direct if you have any problems.
Livingston County has scheduled their waste/recycling collections for 2023. Please check the county’s website for information. To receive emailed notices of these events, subscribe to the county’s waste program events.
